Breakfast is served Parisian style in our kitchen between 830-10am in winter
In summer, breakfast is served on the terrace amongst the abundant birdlife. Alternatively, each suite is equipped with table and chairs to allow you to enjoy breakfast in the privacy of your own room.
At La Perouse we focus on local & organic when available, our ultimate aim is quality.
We serve you:-
- freshly squeezed orange juice,
- a selection of muesli (natural, toasted with cranberries, bircher or gluten-free) with natural yoghurt, skinny, full cream or soy milk, fresh seasonal fruit or poached fruit,
- a selection of pastries, hot croissants with seasonal homemade jam
- or gluten-free available with seasonal homemade jams & local cheeses.
- Gravity coffee: Expresso, Cappuccino Latte Macchiato Mocha flat white
- T2 teas: English breakfast, Irish breakfast, Earl Gray, French Earl Grey, Chai, Sencha (green) Lemongrass & ginger, Peppermint and Chamomile.
- Hot chocolate
Additional Extras available on request (if you are still hungry)
- Baked eggs with fetta, herbs &/or proscuito $12
- Porridge with brown sugar, honey, vanilla & your choice of soy or regular milk $12
- Hotcakes served with seasonal poached fruit with honey & orange infused ricotta $12
If you have any special dietary requirement please advise us in advance and we will do our best to cater. Please let us know if you need an early breakfast if attending a conference or sporting event in Lorne.
