A visit to QDos is a must whilst visiting Lorne. The Sculpture Park – The three acre setting in the thick towering eucalypts features a decorative pond surrounded by works of our leading sculptors. Lorne Sculpture  is a three-week festival of contemporary sculpture to entertain, amuse and inspire the thousands of people who drive Australia’s Great Ocean Road to Lorne’s renowned surf beach.

The Festival of Performing Arts is held annually in September in Lorne. A celebration of Culture by the Sea through dance, circus, music and street performers. A weekend not to be missed. The iconic Lorne Theatre screens all the best movies from latest city releases to the expanded vision of foreign films seldom seen outside capital cities. The best of world movies catering to every ones tastes.

Dan Hunter, from the Royal Mail, has recently opened Brae in Birregurra, a modern restaurant set on 30 productive acres. A place to interact with nature and eat from the land. Menus are created with location in mind and reflect on our connection to the land, the restaurant’s pristine natural surrounds and the productive region in which it sits.
